A person is guilty of Vehicular Manslaughter under this subsection if he or she, regardless of intent, does end the life of another person as a result of committing one of the following offenses:

  2. (6)5.2.2_Enhanced_Driving_Under_the_Influence
  3. (6)5.2.1_Reckless_Driving
  4. (6)5.2.2_Enhanced_Reckless_Driving
