(6)5.2.1 Reckless Driving

A person is guilty of Reckless Driving under this subsection if he or she operates a motor vehicle on a public roadway and:
(a) exceed 40 MPH over the posted speed limit or 25 MPH if no speed limit is posted on the roadway; or
(b) commit 3 unsafe traffic violations in quick succession.
Reckless Driving is a Misdemeanor.
