(6)2.1.7 Vehicular Manslaughter

A person is guilty of Vehicular Manslaughter under this subsection if he or she, regardless of intent to kill, does end the life of another person as a result of committing one of the following offenses:

(a) (6)5.1.1 Driving Under the Influence or (6)5.1.2 Enhanced Driving Under the Influence; or

(b) (6)5.2.1 Reckless Driving or (6)5.2.2 Enhanced Reckless Driving.

Vehicular Manslaughter is a Class A- Felony.
