A person is guilty of Trafficking Stolen Property in the Second Degree under this subsection if he or she:

(a) knowingly traffics in property that has been stolen; and

(b) knows or has reason to know that the property was stolen; and

Trafficking Stolen Property in the Second Degree is a Gross Misdemeanor.
