(6)3.1.10 Trafficking Stolen Property in the Second Degree

A person is guilty of Trafficking Stolen Property in the Second Degree under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully traffics in property that has been stolen; and
(b) knows or has reason to know that the property was stolen.
(c) “Traffic” or “traffics”, for the purposes of this subsection, means to:
- sell, transfer, distribute, dispense, deliver, or otherwise dispose of property to another person; or
- buy, receive, possess, control, transport, or conceal property with intent to sell, transfer, distribute, dispense, deliver, or otherwise dispose of such property to another person.
Trafficking Stolen Property in the Second Degree is a Gross Misdemeanor.
