(6)5.2.2 Enhanced Reckless Driving

A person is guilty of Enhanced Reckless Driving under this subsection if he or she commits the offense of (6)5.2.1 Reckless Driving while simultaneously committing either an offense of:

  1. (6)5.1.1 Driving Under the Influence; or
  2. (6)5.1.2 Enhanced Driving Under the Influence.

Enhanced Reckless Driving is a Class D Felony.
