A driver operating a motor vehicle along a public roadway shall:

(a) Yield the right of way to pedestrians lawfully within a crosswalk or intersection.

(b) Yield the right of way to vehicles already in an intersection when entering from a different roadway, unless otherwise directed by traffic control devices or an authorized officer.

(c) Yield when turning: Drivers turning left shall yield to oncoming traffic proceeding straight or turning right.

(d) Yield when entering traffic: Drivers entering a roadway from a driveway, alley, or private property shall yield to all vehicles on the roadway.

(e) Yield at uncontrolled intersections: When approaching an intersection without signs or signals, drivers shall yield to the vehicle on their right.

Violation of this subsection constitutes a Level 3 Infraction
