A person is guilty of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor under this subsection if he or she willfully:

(a) furnishes, provides, or otherwise delivers tobacco, alcoholic beverages, controlled substances, marijuana, or marijuana extract to a minor under 18 years of age; or

(b) encourages, solicits, advises, coerces, or otherwise induces a minor under 18 years of age to engage in conduct that constitutes a criminal offense under this code or other applicable law.

(c) This subsection shall not apply where the conduct is specifically authorized by law, regulation, or parental/guardian supervision in accordance with legal exceptions (e.g., religious ceremonies, lawful medical administration, or statutory educational programs).

Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor is a Misdemeanor.
