(6)3.1.11 Taking a Motor Vehicle without Permission

A person is guilty of Taking a Motor Vehicle without Permission if he or she:

(a) willfully and without lawful authority takes a motor vehicle; and

(b) does not have intent to permanently deprive the rightful owner of the vehicle.

Taking a Motor Vehicle without Permission is a Gross Misdemeanor.
