(6)3.1.6 Possessing Stolen Property in the First Degree
A person is guilty of Possessing Stolen Property in the First Degree under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully possesses stolen cash or property valued at not more than $5000; and
(b) knows or has reason to know that the property was stolen; and
(c) is found to be in possession of stolen cash or property valued at $1 or more in furtherance of a criminal enterprise or terrorism scheme.
Possessing Stolen Property in the First Degree is a Class B Felony.
