A person is guilty of Assisting Escape under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully and knowingly provides material support to any other person;
(b) for the purposes of escape as defined by (6)7.1.2, (6)7.1.3, and (6)7.1.4.
Assisting Escape is a Class C+ Felony
