A person is guilty of Obstructing Identity under this subsection if he or she willfully refuses to provide true identifying information to a law enforcement officer who has lawfully requested such information in the course of an official investigation, detention, arrest, or traffic stop.

Obstructing Identity is a Misdemeanor.
