A person is guilty of Robbery in the First Degree if he or she uses immediate force, or threats causing fear, in order to receive property or goods from another person and:

(a) unlawfully kills another person during this course of conduct; or

(b) unlawfully kills another person during immediate flight therein; or

Robbery in the Second Degree is a Class A- Felony.
