(6)3.1.7 Possessing Stolen Property in the Second Degree

A person is guilty of Possessing Stolen Property in the Second Degree under this subsection if he or she is found to be in possession of stolen cash or property valued at least $1000, but not more than $5000.

Possessing Stolen Property in the Second Degree is a Class C+ Felony.
