A person is guilty of >b>Possessing Stolen Property in the First Degree under this subsection if he or she:

(a) is found to be in possession of stolen cash or property valued at $5000 or more; or

(b) is found to be in possession of stolen cash or property valued at $1 or more in furtherance of a criminal enterprise or terrorism scheme.

Possessing Stolen Property in the First Degree is a Class B Felony.
