A person is guilty of Theft in the First Degree under this subsection if he or she:

(a) steals more than $5000, whether in cash or otherwise, from any lawfully entitled entity or individual; or

(b) steals an amount more than $1, whether in cash or otherwise, from any lawfully entitled entity or individual, in furtherance of a criminal enterprise or terrorism scheme; or

(c) steals an amount more than $1, whether in cash or otherwise, from any lawfully entitled entity or individual, in furtherance of an agenda to flee from criminal prosecution or remain on the run from actual criminal charges.

Theft in the First Degree is a Class B+ Felony.
