A person is guilty of Failure to Appear under this subsection if he or she:

(a) having been released, cited, or otherwise lawfully required to appear at a specified time and place before a court or judicial officer in connection with a criminal charge or proceeding;

(b) willfully fails to appear as required.

Failure to Appear is a Misdemeanor.
