(6)2.4.6 Unlawful Imprisonment: Difference between revisions

A person is guilty of Unlawful Imprisonment under this subsection if he or she willfully:

(a) restrains another person; and

(b) does so without lawful authority or consent.

Unlawful Imprisonment is a Class C+ Felony.
