A person is guilty of Criminal Road Raging under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully operates a motor vehicle in a hostile, aggressive, or retaliatory manner toward another person or occupied motor vehicle; and
(b) engages in one or more of the following acts:
(i) throwing or projecting any object at or toward another occupied motor vehicle;
(ii) intentionally braking, slowing, or stopping in front of another vehicle in a manner intended to intimidate, harass, or impede its operation;
(iii) intentionally swerving toward, striking, or attempting to strike another vehicle;
(iv) intentionally forcing or attempting to force another vehicle off the roadway;
(v) intentionally pursuing, blocking, or trapping another vehicle; or
(vi) any substantially similar conduct demonstrating an intent to threaten, intimidate, harass, or retaliate against another road user; and
(c) such conduct is not the result of mere negligence, inattentiveness, or lawful defensive driving.
