A person is guilty of Vehicular Assault under this subsection if he or she willfully:
(a) operates a motor vehicle, vessel, or aircraft recklessly, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or in exceptional violation of applicable traffic laws, and in doing so causes bodily injury or serious bodily injury to another person; or
(b) intentionally uses a vehicle as a weapon against another person, causing bodily injury or serious bodily injury.
Vehicular Assault is a Class B- Felony.
