A person is guilty of Extortion in the Second Degree under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully uses a threat of future physical harm or death to another person; and
(b) intends to use the fear created by such threat to wrongfully obtain property, money, services, or any thing of value from another person, or to compel another person to engage in or refrain from engaging in any act; and
(c) uses or threatens the use of a firearm or other apparently dangerous weapon in furtherance of the offense.
Extortion in the Second Degree is a Class C+ Felony.
