  1. Any painted stop line or demarcation line indicating where vehicles must stop; or
  2. The entrance to the intersection if no stop line is present.

(b) After stopping, yield the right of way to any other driver, pedestrian, or bicyclist lawfully within or approaching the intersection, proceeding only when it is safe to do so.

Failure to comply with subsection (a) of this section is a Level 3 Infraction.

Failure to comply with subsection (b) of this section is a Level 2 Infraction.
