A person is guilty of Bail Jumping under this subsection if he or she:

(a) willfully or as a result of negligence fails to appear in court at the time and place ordered, or fails to comply with any material condition of pretrial, trial, or post-trial release; and

Bail Jumping is a Class C+ Felony.
