A person is guilty of Felony Murder under this subsection if a death of another person results from the commission of, attempt to commit, or immediate flight from any felony, and the death was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the defendant’s conduct, regardless of intent to kill.
Felony Murder is a Class A- Felony.
