A driver operating a motor vehicle along a public roadway shall:
(a) Remain within a single lane of travel except when lawfully changing lanes, overtaking another vehicle, or avoiding an obstruction.
(b) Avoid straddling lanes or making abrupt lateral movements that endanger other road users.
(c) Follow lane markings and roadway guidance: Drivers shall obey painted lines, directional arrows, and any official lane assignments.
Violation of this subsection constitutes a Level 3 Infraction.
