A person is guilty of Menacing under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully places or attempts to place another person in reasonable fear of imminent serious bodily injury through words, actions, or the display of a weapon; and
(b) acts with the intent to intimidate, coerce, or otherwise control the behavior of the victim.
Menacing is a Class C Felony.
