A person is guilty of Harboring a Wanted Individual under this subsection if he or she:
(a) with knowledge than an individual is wanted for a felony crime;
(b) willfully provides material support, resources, information, funding, transportation, or other assistance to such wanted individual and;
(c) does such with the intent of helping them avoid being captured by law enforcement for a felony crime.
Harboring a Wanted Individual is a Class C Felony.
