Created page with "A person is guilty of Resisting Arrest without Violence under this subsection if he or she: (a) willfully physically makes a true effort to resist a lawful arrest by an authorized law enforcement officer of themselves; and (b) does so actively. Passive resistance shall not qualify under this subsection. Resisting Arrest without Violence is a <b>Gross Misdemeanor</b>."

A person is guilty of Resisting Arrest without Violence under this subsection if he or she:

(a) willfully physically makes a true effort to resist a lawful arrest by an authorized law enforcement officer of themselves; and

(b) does so actively. Passive resistance shall not qualify under this subsection.

Resisting Arrest without Violence is a Gross Misdemeanor.
