A person is guilty of Felony Obstruction of Justice under this subsection if he or she willfully:

(a) physically interferes with the administration of justice, including by way of:

  1. Attempting to prevent a law enforcement officer from conducting a lawful arrest; or
  2. Attempting to prevent a crime scene investigator, detective or technician complete their official duties as such; or
  3. Attempting to prevent the serving of any legal document, such as a notice to appear or warrant; and

(b) does such as part of a criminal enterprise or terrorism scheme; or

(c) causes injury to another person during the same course of conduct.

Felony Obstruction of Justice is a Class C+ Felony.
