A person is guilty of Extortion in the First Degree under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully uses a threat of future physical harm or death to another person; and
(b) intends to use the fear created by such threat to wrongfully obtain property, money, services, or any thing of value from another person, or to compel another person to engage in or refrain from engaging in any act; and
(c) commits this offense in furtherance of a criminal enterprise or terrorism scheme.
Extortion in the First Degree is a Class B+ Felony.
