(6)7.1.4 Escape in the Third Degree

A [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.1_Person]|person] is guilty of Escape in the Third Degree under this subsection if he or she, while lawfully in custody authorized by statute, escapes such custody.

Escape in the Third Degree is a Class D Felony.
