A [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.1_Person|person]] is guilty of <b>Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun</b> under this subsection if he or she:

(a) [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.2_Willfully|willfully]] owns, possesses, controls, transports, or has actual physical control of a machine gun; or

(b) [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.2_Willfully|willfully]] owns, possesses, controls, transports, or has actual physical control of any firearm, firearm component, conversion device, or internal attachment that is designed, intended, or functions to cause a firearm to fire more than one round automatically by a single continuous pull of the trigger.

Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun is a <b>Class B+ Felony</b>.
