(6)7.3.3 Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun

A person is guilty of Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun under this subsection if he or she:

(a) willfully owns, possesses, controls, transports, or has actual physical control of a machine gun; or

(b) willfully owns, possesses, controls, transports, or has actual physical control of any firearm, firearm component, conversion device, or internal attachment that is designed, intended, or functions to cause a firearm to fire more than one round automatically by a single continuous pull of the trigger.

Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun is a Class B+ Felony.
