View source for (6)7.2.3 Failure to Report to Probation

A [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.1_Person|person]] is guilty of <b>Failure to Report to Probation</b> under this subsection if he or she:

(a) is lawfully placed on probation by a court of competent jurisdiction; and

(b) [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.2_Willfully|willfully]] fails to report to a designated probation officer, or otherwise make required contact, at the time, place, or in the manner required by the terms of probation.

Failure to Report to Probation is a <b>Misdemeanor</b>.
