(6)7.2.3 Failure to Report to Probation

A person is guilty of Failure to Report to Probation under this subsection if he or she:

(a) is lawfully placed on probation by a court of competent jurisdiction; and

(b) willfully fails to report to a designated probation officer, or otherwise make required contact, at the time, place, or in the manner required by the terms of probation.

Failure to Report to Probation is a Misdemeanor.
