View source for (6)2.2.2 Robbery in the Second Degree

A [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.1_Person|person]] is guilty of Robbery in the Third Degree if he or she uses immediate force, or threats causing fear, in order to receive property or goods from another [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.1_Person|person]] and:

(a) such goods are valued at more than $1000; or

(b) uses a firearm or another dangerous weapon in furtherance of the robbery; or

(c) causes injury to another [[(6)1_Definitions#(6)1.1_Person|person]] during the same course of conduct or during immediate flight therein; or

Robbery in the Second Degree is a <b>Class B Felony</b>.
