(6)2.2.2 Robbery in the Second Degree

A person is guilty of Robbery in the Second Degree if he or she uses immediate force, or threats causing fear, in order to receive property or goods from another person and:

(a) such goods or property are valued at more than $1000; or

(b) uses a firearm or another dangerous weapon in furtherance of the robbery; or

(c) causes injury to another person during the same course of conduct or during immediate flight therein; or

Robbery in the Second Degree is a Class B Felony.
