(7)4.1.1 Driver's License

A driver shall not operate a motor vehicle on a public roadway unless the driver possesses a valid driver’s license issued in accordance with law. License requirements include:
(a) The license must be issued by the appropriate authority and remain unexpired and valid while operating a vehicle.
(b) The license must correspond to the class of vehicle being operated and any applicable endorsements or restrictions.
(c) Drivers shall produce the license upon request by an authorized official.
Violation of this subsection is a Level 3 Infraction.
