(7)1 General Provisions, Limitations, Definitions
This chapter establishes definitions, general provisions, and interpretive rules for use in Title 7 (Motor Vehicle Code).
(7)1.1 Definitions
Terms used throughout this Title shall have the meanings set forth in this section, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
(7)1.2 General Provisions
The provisions of this Title apply to all motor vehicles operated upon public roadways within the jurisdiction of San Andreas, unless expressly exempted by statute.
This Title shall be liberally construed to promote public safety and the orderly movement of traffic.
State law enacted under this Title preempts conflicting local ordinances unless such ordinances are expressly authorized by statute.
Authorized law enforcement officers and agencies are empowered to enforce the provisions of this Title.
The invalidity of any provision of this Title shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
