(6)7.4.2 Aiding Terroristic Activity

A person is guilty of Aiding Terroristic Activity under this subsection if he or she:

(a) willfully provides material support, resources, information, funding, transportation, or other assistance to another person or group who is engaged in, planning, or preparing to commit an act that would constitute terrorism as defined in this title; and

(b) acts with the specific intent to facilitate, promote, or enable the commission of such terrorist act, even if the actor does not directly participate in the execution of the act; and

(c) the assistance provided materially contributes to the advancement, planning, or potential execution of the terrorist act, beyond mere expression of support, advocacy, or abstract approval.

Aiding Terroristic Activity is a Class A Felony.
