(6)7.3.2 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree

A person is guilty of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree under this subsection if he or she:

(a) as a person disqualified from owning or possessing firearms under state or federal law;

(b) willfully owns, possesses, controls, transports, or has actual physical control of a firearm; and.

Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree is a Class C+ Felony.
