(6)7.3.1 Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the First Degree

A person is guilty of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the First Degree under this subsection if he or she:
(a) as a person disqualified from owning or possessing firearms under state or federal law;
(b) willfully owns, possesses, controls, transports, or has actual physical control of a firearm; and
(c) uses such firearm during the commission of a felony crime; or
(d) such firearm is not legally registered or is without a valid serial, traceable serial number; or
(e) such firearm has an accessory or modification fixed, mounted, or attached to it that makes it illegal under state or federal law.
Unlawful Possession of a Firearm in the Second Degree is a Class B Felony.
