(6)7.2.2 Failure to Report to Parole

A person is guilty of Failure to Report to Parole under this subsection if he or she:
(a) is lawfully placed on parole, post-release supervision, or community supervision by a court or supervising authority; and
(b) willfully fails to report to a designated parole or supervising officer at the time, place, or in the manner required by the terms of parole or supervision.
Failure to Report to Parole is a Misdemeanor.
