(6)7.1.11 Resisting Arrest with Violence

A person is guilty of Resisting Arrest with Violence under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully physically makes a true effort to resist a lawful arrest by an authorized law enforcement officer of themselves; and
(b) does so actively; and
(c) uses violence or threat of immediate violence during this course of conduct.
Resisting Arrest with Violence is a Class C Felony.
