(6)3.1.8 Possessing Stolen Property in the Third Degree

A person is guilty of Possessing Stolen Property in the Third Degree under this subsection if he or she:
(a) willfully possesses stolen cash or property valued at not more than $1000; and
(b) knows or has reason to know that the property was stolen.
Possessing Stolen Property in the Third Degree is a Gross Misdemeanor.
