(6)3.1.2 Theft in the Second Degree

A person is guilty of Theft in the Second Degree under this subsection if he or she steals more than $1000, whether in cash or otherwise, from any lawfully entitled entity or individual.
Theft in the Second Degree is a Class C Felony.
