(6)2.3.6 Unlawful Display or Brandishing of a Weapon

A person is guilty of Unlawful Display or Brandishing of a Weapon under this subsection if he or she:

(a) willfully displays, brandishes, or otherwise makes visible a firearm, deadly weapon, or other dangerous instrument in a manner intended to intimidate, threaten, or cause fear or alarm in another person; or

(b) knowingly displays, brandishes, or uses a weapon in a reckless manner that creates a substantial risk of imminent bodily injury to another person, without lawful justification or authority.

Unlawful Display or Brandishing of a Weapon is a Class C+ Felony.
