(6)2.2.8 Carjacking in the Second Degree

A person is guilty of Carjacking in the Second Degree if he or she willfully uses immediate force, or threats causing fear, in order to receive control of a motor vehicle from another person.

Carjacking in the Second Degree is a Class B- Felony
