(6)2.2.7 Carjacking in the First Degree

A person is guilty of Carjacking in the First Degree if he or she willfully uses immediate force, or threats causing fear, in order to receive control of a motor vehicle from another person and:
(a) does such in furtherance of a criminal enterprise or terrorism scheme; or
(b) uses a firearm or another apparently dangerous weapon in furtherance of this offense; or
(c) causes serious physical injury or death to another person during this course of conduct.
Carjacking in the First Degree is a Class B+ Felony
