(1)2.1 Forms of Discrimination

Protected Characteristics

(1)2.1.1 Race, Ethnicity, or National Origin

It shall be unlawful to discriminate against any person based upon their race, ethnicity or national origin.

(1)2.1.2 Color

It shall be unlawful to discriminate against any person based upon their skin, hair, or hair color.

(1)2.1.3 Religion or Belief

It shall be unlawful to discriminate against any person based upon their religion or belief system.

(1)2.1.4 Sex or Gender

It shall be unlawful to discriminate against any person based upon their sex or gender.

(1)2.1.5 Sexual Orientation

It shall be unlawful to discriminate against any person based upon their sexual orientation.

It shall be unlawful to discriminate against any person based upon their age.
